Spring Birding in the Cowpasture River Valley

Sunday, May 16, 2021, 7:00 am – 12:00 noon

Join Terry and Mike for a guided hike through a variety of habitats along the upper Cowpasture River to bird for spring migrants as they’re returning to our area for breeding season. We also expect to encounter species moving through our area to their breeding grounds further north. Please bring drinking water, field snacks, sturdy shoes and binoculars if you have them. Also bring a bagged lunch to picnic with the group after the walk. Further details will be provided upon registration and payment. Cost is $10 per person. (Limit of 20 people)
