June 28, 2018 – State Agency Quietly Weakened Pipeline Water Restrictions

CRPA Members – Time of Year (TOY) restrictions were imposed upon the construction of the Atlantic Coast Pipeline in accordance with state and federal guidelines. These restrictions were agreed to by each agency as well as the applicant (Dominion and partners) because they represent the best case possible to protect species (including those that are endangered) reproduction and water quality.
