About the Artist:

Tom Oster grew up on the Great Lakes, but his entire work life has been in Virginia. Engineering, marriage and family, college student ministry, pastoral ministry, together with hiking, biking and canoeing the beautiful Shenandoah countryside have all bed through his paintbrush onto 25 years of watercolor paper!
