The Cowpasture River Preservation Association (CRPA) is thrilled to announce our Sixth Annual Online Fundraiser Auction, held in loving memory of two devoted conservationists, Bill Hardbarger and William Kent Ford, Jr. Both men shared a deep, abiding love for the Cowpasture River and a profound commitment to passing on the torch of stewardship.
Proceeds from our annual auction directly benefit their legacies by funding the Bill Hardbarger Educational Scholarship Fund and the William Kent Ford, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund. These scholarships ensure that students of all ages receive vital river and conservation education, inspiring the next generation of protectors for Virginia’s cleanest river.
We moved the dates of our online auction this year so that it would take place closer to the holiday shopping season. Once again, we will have a variety of auction items, including a grand selection of paintings, homemade craft items, a three-night cabin stay, a round of sporting clays, quilts, and more!
We have five pages of auction items this year — 54 items in all!
