About the Artist:

Tom Oster grew up on the Great Lakes, but his entire work has been in Virginia. Engineering, marriage and family, college student ministry, pastoral ministry, together with hiking, biking and canoeing the beautiful Shenadoah countryside, have all bled through his paintbrush onto 25 years of watercolor paper!
